TSINANDALI - is a white dry vintage wine produced from Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli grapes cultivated in the strictly controlled Tsinandali microzone. Tsinandali wine has been produced since 1886.
It has a light straw colour, rich fruit bouquet and soft, delicate taste. The wine is aged in oak barrels for three years.
Grapes for its preparation are harvested at a sugar content of at least 19%, crushed with or without combing.
Winematerials are prepared by fermentation of the must.
This is followed by ageing on yeast lees for 1-1.5 months at a constant temperature of 10-12°C.
The processed wine materials are egalised and aged in oak containers for three years.
The wine has been honoured with 9 silver and 10 gold medals.
When serving, its serving temperature should reach: 12 - 14°C.
Experts recommend it as an excellent appetiser.
The wine also goes well with chicken in the oven, lamb meat and vegetable dishes.
